Where Buried: Great Mausoleum, Forest Lawn Memorial-Park, Glendale, Calif.

Gravestone: Bronze plaque on marble niche front with name and vital dates.

Epitaph: None. The widely reported "I would rather be living in Philadelphia" epitaph, written by Fields, was not used.
