About the 1927 sci-fi novel The Red Brain by Donald Wandrei which combined distant time and space.

--1927. Such writers as Donald Wandrei had already begun to combine distant time and distant space, as, for example, in The Red Brain, a story set in the remote future on a planet of the faraway star-sun Antares.
