Fanny Salad (Fruit doll) 1/2 pear 1 banana 1/2 peach berries soy cream pieces of apple Arrange fruit on individual salad plates using: Head--Pear half small end down Body--Peach half rounded side up Arms--Banana sliced in half Skirt--Triangular mound of berries Hair--Berries set in soy whipped cream Eyes--2 blueberries Mouth--Piece of red apple Feet--2 dabs of soy cream
Communion Wafers (150 people) 2 cups sifted 100% 3/8 cup oil (6 tbs.) whole wheat flour 1/2 cup pure water 1/2 tsp. salt
Sift flour with salt again. Blend oil and cold water. Pour over flour and mix into soft ball. Knead a few minutes. Roll out very thin. Mark off with a dull knife into 1" squares. Bake in moderate oven till golden brown.
