Pine Nuts

Pine nuts, also called "pignolias" and Indian nuts, supply the vast rural populations of Mexico, South America, Australia, and Europe with high protein and an easily obtainable nut food. Most of the nuts sold commercially in the U.S. are imported from Italy.
